PURPOSE:To prevent a roller bearing or the like from its seizure removing impurities just before an orifice by placing it to communicate halfway an oil path where a long and narrow strainer is positioned. CONSTITUTION:A long and narrow strainer 60 is arranged in an oil path (i) from an oil pump 55, and an orifice (j) communicates halfway the oil path (i) positioning the long and narrow strainer 60. Thus removing impurities by the strainer 60 just before the orifice, a roller bearing 24b or the like is prevented from causing its seizure by blocking the orifice (j). While because the oil path (i) encloses its downstream end by a cover member 59, the oil path (i) is easily opened by the cover member 59, facilitating replacement of the strainer 60.
