PURPOSE:To omit a warming operation inside a furnace and a mold-injecting operation and to shorten the working time sharply by a method wherein an inorganic filler is mixed with an epoxy resin, a prescribed amount of a putty- like cast resin whose fluidity has been lost at room temperature is placed on an object to be treated and the whole part of the object to be treated is heated. CONSTITUTION:A center core 1 and a mold material 2 are set up in a stator coil 3 as an object to be treated; a setting operation is executed. Then, a prescribed amount of a putty-like cast resin 6 is set up on the upper part of the object to be treated. In addition, the whole object 7 to be treated is put into an electric furnace 4; the inside of the furnace is heated to 100 deg.C; a viscosity of the putty-like cast resin 6 is lowered, a mold-injecting operation is executed; the resin is hardened. While this assembly is left inside the furnace as it is, the resin is started to harden and finally becomes a solid. Lastly, a mold is disjointed; a post treatment is executed; a finished product of a cast coil is obtained. |
