PURPOSE:To obtain a wooden molding material gathering apparatus capable of smoothly controlling the wt. of material aggregate by shaving regardless of a change in the bulk density of said aggregate by making the height of a laminator variable, by engaging an outer case with an inner case in a freely slidable manner. CONSTITUTION:A laminator 30 is fed to a weighing apparatus 21 to perform the weighing by the weighing apparatus and the shaving amount of the second shaving by the second roller 17 is determined. Next, a preceding presser 72 is moved downwardly to allow an outer case 32 to fall through a receiving member 71. A lock arm 67 is engaged with a lock block 62 by this falling of the outer case 32 and the pawl part 68 thereof is hooked with the lock block 62 to lock the outer case 32 at the position allowed to fall by a predetermined height and material aggregate W comes to protrude by H.
