PURPOSE:To suppress random noise, by employing a circulation system in order to take a video signal in a memory means and altering the circulation number of times according to image data. CONSTITUTION:An one-field or one-frame circulation system is employed in order to take the output of an A/D converter 1 in a memory means 2 and the image data of one field or one frame over several times are averaged to reduce noise generated at random. By providing a circulation number-of-time setting means for setting the circulation number of times of several times, the setting number of times are reduced when there is movement to minimize blur. Further, an operation means formed into a comb-shaped filter of a cycle of 1/2 DH(DH : a cycle of a horizontal synchronous signal 4) or less, wherein the same phase data at least during 2 DH are subjected to addition operation after data is taken in the memory means to be returned to the memory means 2, is provided. By this method, noise generated at random can be sufficiently removed. |
