发明名称 FRAMED ELECTRODE AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a framed electrode with excellent durability and chemical resistance by integrating a thermoplastic resin composite insulating frame and a plastic carbon conducting plate with the preset value or below of the difference between respective linear expansion coefficients via a thermoplastic resin composite adhesive layer containing a magnetic material. CONSTITUTION:An electrode is constituted of a thermoplastic resin composite insulating frame 1 and a plastic carbon conducting plate 2 stuck with a porous electrode as required, and it is used to offer the electrochemical reaction. A framed electrode integrated with the thermoplastic resin composite insulating frame 1 and the plastic carbon conducting plate 2 with the difference of 7X10<-5>/ deg.C or below between respective linear expansion coefficients via a thermoplastic resin composite adhesive layer 3 and the thermoplastic resin composite adhesive layer 3 containing a magnetic material are put between the frame 1 and the conducting plate 2 in manufacturing the electrode, then they are deposited and integrated by high-frequency induction heating to manufacture the framed electrode.
