PURPOSE:To eliminate the radiant noise by constituting a transmission circuit of N-channel transistors TRs or P-channel TRs and arranging this circuit in the preceding stage part of an output circuit stage. CONSTITUTION:In a transmission circuit 20, an N-channel TR 11a and a P- channel TR 12a are connected in parallel, and one end of them is connected to an input potential Aa and the other is connected to an output potential Ba, and gates of an N-channel TR 14a and a P-channel TR 13a are connected to an output potential Ba. The N-channel TR 11a and the P-channel TR 12a are resistances and have capacities, and the N-channel TR 14a and the P-channel TR 13a have capacities. Consequently, the circuit is shown by an equivalent circuit having a resistance R and a capacity C. Thus, the radiant noise is eliminated. |
