摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a lithium secondary battery with large capacity by arranging the hole ratio of positive mixing agent in 11 to 27 capacity% under the state that LixMn2O4 is LiMn2O4 in the battery with the positive mixing agent composed of LixMn2O4, conductive agent and binding agent and a negative electrode mainly composed of Li. CONSTITUTION:Positive electrodes 11 and negative electrodes 12 are laminated to be wound through separators 13. Insulative plates 14 are provided on the upper and the lower ends of the lamination. Then, these are installed into a battery can 15. A lead 16 of Al and a lead 17 of Ni are connected to the positive electrodes 11 and negative electrodes 12, respectively. Further, the leads 16 and 17 are welded to a battery cover 18 and the battery can 15, respectively. In the battery can 15, electrolyte composed by dissoluting LiPF6 into propylene carbonate or dimetoxiethane, etc., is injected and penetrated. The battery can 15 and the battery cover 18 are caulked and sealed each other through an insulative sealing gasket 19. In this battery, the hole ratio of positive mixing agent is more than 11 capacity % so that penetration of the electrolyte is preferable and, since the hole ratio is more than 27 capacity %, charged positive mixing agent is dense.
