<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the growth of large cohesive iron powder layer on a perforated plate and to treat oxidation, reduction, etc., of the iron powder particle under the stable fluidizing state by stirring the iron powder particle in a fluidized bed and stationarily separating the stuck and deposited iron powder from the perfolated plate. CONSTITUTION:In a stirring machine 33 fitted to a vertical rotary shaft 32 in a cylindrical vessel 31 sectioning the fluidized bed 1, rotary blades 34 are fitted so as to rotate along the horizontal plane. Further, in the rotary blade 34a at the lowest step a comb- shaped projecting part 35 for maintaining the distance between the tip part thereof and the perforated plate 3 at <=10mm is arranged. Then, the cohesive iron powder layer 7 developed on the perforated plate 3 is always crushed with this projecting part 35 in order to restrain the growth of the layer 7. Further, the projecting part 35 arranged near the perforated plate 3 is brought into contact with a reaction gas 4 passing the gas through holes in the perforated plate 3, to make decomposition and minuteness of bubble. In result, the prevention of the stickness and increase of contacting face between solid and gas are contrived and the treatment of oxidation, reduction, etc., of the iron power particle 2 is effectively executed.</p> |
