PURPOSE:To facilitate the replacing work of a mold by performing the function as a decorating mold by a water permeable decorating sheet, by arranging the water permeable decorating sheet and filter cloth on the surface of one mold and placing a hydraulic inorg. molding material between the other mold and the filter cloth while performing dehydration from one mold. CONSTITUTION:A male mold 1 is allowed to fall by driving a press mechanism to form a molding cavity and a hydraulic inorg. molding material is introduced into the molding cavity under pressure from a supply pipe 11. At this time, the molding material is allowed to fill the gap between the molding surface of the male mold 1 and filter cloth 6 and flows over the whole of the molding cavity while forcibly expands a water permeable decorating sheet 5 and the filter cloth 6. Next, a female mold 2 is sucked from below to dehydrate the hydraulic inorg. molding material 7 through the water permeable decorating sheet 5 and the filter cloth 6. The hydraulic inorg. molding material 7 is closely brought into contact with the female mold 2 under suction and, at the same time, the surface on the side of the molding surface 4 of the female mold 2 of said molding material is embossed with the emboss pattern of the water permeable decorating sheet 5 through the filter cloth 6. In this way, the hydraulic inorg. molding material 7 loses flowability by dehydration to become a shaped object set to a state holding moisture for hydraulic reaction. |
