<p>PURPOSE:To improve the cooling effect of a friction plate by flowing a lot of lubricating oil while declutched or half-clutched so as to increase the flow of lubricating oil by the volume of a vacant space. CONSTITUTION:While separator plates 10 and 10' are prevented from being brought in contact together, a lot of lubricating oil flows in between the two separator plates 10 and 10' as shown with an arrow mark from a lubrication oil hole 22 of a driven gear 16 while the clutch is released or half-released in power transmission. Particularly, the flow of lubricating oil is increased by the amount of flowing through oil sump formed between the two separator plates 10 and 10'. Therefore, the generation of heat is restricted low during continuous running with the half-released clutch and the cooling effect is improved.</p> |
