发明名称 SUBMERGED ARC WELDING METHOD FOR CR-MO LOW ALLOY STEEL
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a weld zone of good quality without reducing a welding efficiency by limiting the contg. component of a Cr-Mo low alloy steel and welding by combining the wire whose N component is limited and the flux of specified basicity. CONSTITUTION:The flux taking the main component of a Cr-Mo low alloy steel at 0.10-0.17wt.%, 0.01-0.15% Si, 0.50-1.2% Mn, 1.80-3.80% Cr, 0.80-1.30% Mo, 0.30-0.60% V and 0.005-0.04% Nb and that taking the basicity B shown by the wire of <=0.0070% N and an equation in 2.0-4.0 are combined and welded. A high temp. strength is obtd. after a long hour SR and even after a short time SR the rigidity is good and the embrittlement of a weld zone is reduced during the use. Consequently the weld zone of good quality is obtd. without reducing a welding efficiency.
