PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which can give a coating film improved in adhesiveness to a PS resin molding and film properties such as softness and abrasion resistance by mixing a specified binder resin with spherical elastic resin particles. CONSTITUTION:A (meth)acrylate (e) is grafted onto a reaction product obtained by reacting a diol component (a) having a (meth)acryloyl group, such as a product of condensation of about 1mol of (meth)acrylic acid or the like with about 1mol of trimethylolpropane, glycerol or the like through dehydration with a polymer diol (b) which is, for example, a polyester diol, a polyether diol or the like having hydroxyl groups on both ends, a chain extender (c) and a diisocyanate compound (d) at 50-130 deg.C in an inert gas atmosphere to obtain a binder resin (A) which is a polyurethane resin and has film properties such as a tensile strength >=80kg/cm<2>, an elongation >=200% and a 100% stress strength <=1/2 of the strength at break. Component A is mixed with 45-80vol.% spherical elastic resin particles (B) of a diameter of 3-150mum, comprising a resin of a tensile strength >=80kg/cm<2>, an elongation >=200% and a 100% stress strength <=1/2 of the strength at break. |
