PURPOSE:To improve the controllability of a motor by correcting a speed deviation value obtained by a microcomputer at a time interval of timer interruption process. CONSTITUTION:A timer 17 counts the clock of a clock oscillator, and, when a counted value becomes N, an interrupt signal is applied to a microcomputer 14. The microcomputer 14 reads the data of a position counter 13 and the counted value of the timer 17 when the signal from the timer 17 is input. It obtains the difference from the previously read value of the counter 13 as the temporary speed feedback value of a motor 1. Further, after a speed feedback value is multiplied by N, it is divided by the counted value of the timer 17, and a corrected speed feedback value is obtained. A current value responsive to the deviation between the corrected speed feedback value and the speed command value is output to a driver 16 through a D/A converter 15. |
