PURPOSE:To supply raw material to a hopper only in a centralized supply room by securing such a constitution where the favorite drinks are totally controlled in the centralized supply room and fed with pressure to the service boxes through the supply pipes to be supplied through these service boxes respectively. CONSTITUTION:The water is boiled by a boiler 2c in a centralized supply room 2. A rotor valve 2j set at the outlet 2f of a hopper is revolved so that a prescribed amount of coffee beans drop to a lower filter paper 2h. The paper 2h is moved to a place under a hot water supply port 2e by a motor 2k. When a valve 2l is opened and the boiling water is poured on the coffee beans. Thus the coffee liquid is obtained and stored in a storage tank 2i. The tank 2i contains a heater 2m and a thermometer 2n to keep the coffee liquid at a fixed temperature. The coffee liquid is sent with pressure to a supply pipe 3 by the head of the liquid and fed to each service box. A minimum flow rate maintaining device controls a flow rate control valve so that the flow rate of the coffee liquid is never less than a prescribed minimum level. Thus the minimum flow rate is kept for the coffee liquid in response to the periods of appreciation.
