PURPOSE:To obtain a panel superior in light weight properties, fire resistance and heat insulating properties and strength, by a method wherein a honeycomb filled with foamed phenolic resin of density of 21-120kg/m<3> comprised by coating resole resin containing a foaming resin on the resole resin at uniform thickness, arranging the honeycomb, whose top and bottom are opened, on the resole resin and performing free foaming and curing is used as a core material. CONSTITUTION:A foaming liquid comprised of an additive such as resole resin and a foaming agent is applied thin to a vessel such as a nonadhesive batt so that the same becomes desired foam density. A honeycomb whose top and bottom are opened is arranged on the foaming liquid and free foaming and curing are performed. In this instance, foaming is performed freely under an opened state without having pressurization. Both sides of the honeycomb filled with foaming plenolic resin is made a panel by sticking sheets on both the sides. The panel superior is not only light weight properties but also strength, heat insulating properties and sound insulating properties can be obtained in this manner. |
