<p>PURPOSE:To prevent any matching failure from occurring by constituting it to permit a processing start only in the case where width of a sheet to be processed next time is wider than that of a sheet housed so far in a bin. CONSTITUTION:A sheet S discharged to a bin 10 comes into contact with a base end 10c through a tilt of this bin 10, while it is made contact with a matching reference plate 31 with rotation of a matching bar 42 and thus it is sorted and housed. Next, when a sheet existence sensor S1 detects a fact that the sheet S exits in the bin 10, as well as when an ensuing process starting signal is transmitted out of an image former, a control means 90 compares width of a sheet to be processed next time with that of the sheet S in the bin 10 that a sheet size memory means 93 is stored by sheet size information out of a sheet size information means 91. Then, it permits the next processing start only in the case where with of the sheet being process in the next time is at least wider than that of the sheet S being housed so far in the bin 10. With this constitution, any matching failure can be prevented from occurring.</p> |
