摘要 |
An instant fermented sweet rice drink is prepared. Thus, 200g of dried and fermented coxed rice (water content=15%) is saccharifed by placing it with 4 heat sealable paper bags each containing 100g of crushed malt powder in 4 litre of water in electric rice cooker for 4-6 hrs and steamed to give an instant fermented sweet rice drink.
