<p>PURPOSE:To display a gas barrier effect, by making use of as at least one of two films a resin film where it is comprised of polyolefin resin and gas barrier resin and the gas barrier resin exists into the polyolefin resin is a plurality of dispersed stratified state. CONSTITUTION:After polyolefin resin A and gas barrier resin B are extruded respectively in a molten state and caused to flow, both are mixed up with each other specifically and made into a film by passing through an annular die or a T die. The film possesses the resin A as a matrix wherein the gas barrier resin B becomes a dispersed state as a plurality of stratified matters. In this instance, the stratified matters comprised of resin B exist along a film surface almost in parallel with each other and a multi-layer is constituted within the film. Therefore, gas can't permeate through smoothly and gas barrier properties equal to that of the multi-layer film is obtained. A film comprised of polyolefin resin is stuck to a single-phase film as an outer layer and the same is made a laminated cushioning material.</p> |
