PURPOSE:To save a labor and to assemble a spring quickly and accurately by equipping a spring replenishing means, the separating means unraveling an entanglement and the respective means of an alignment, positioning and assembly. CONSTITUTION:The replenishment of a spring is performed by feeding the spring in a certain quantity stored in a pan 24 by the operation of a replenishing machine 11. For the separation the spring fed from the replenishing machine 11 is sprung away by dropping it in a dishpan 35, the entanglement is unraveled by hitting it to the case inner wall and it is separated and taken out from an outlet port hole 32. For the alignment the spring of the pan 35 fed from a separator 12 is mixed by sweeping it in the outlet port hole 43 of the pan by the rotation of the arm 45 with an elastic body, dropped uniformly into the outlet port hole 43 and aligned in the connection pipe 4 of the outlet port hole 43. For the assembly the spring is stored in the 2nd hole of a movable jig by passing through the 1st hole of the upper part fixing jig 51 which is connected to a pipe 47. And when the spring is stored in all of the 2nd hole, the 3rd hole and 2nd hole of a lower part fixing jig 53 coincide with and the spring is passed through and assembled to a work. |
