PURPOSE:To reduce a leakage current from the casing of a control board due to harmonic wave components by incorporating a converter and an inverter in the same board, and providing a harmonic wave absorbing filter at least on either the input side or the output side. CONSTITUTION:Harmonic wave absorbing filters 11, 17 are respectively provided at the input side of a converter 6 and the output side of an inverter to remove harmonic wave components from input/output voltage/current. Thus, a leakage current flowing from feeders 4, 9 through a stray capacity to a ground is reduced. Further, the converter, the inverter, the filters 11, 17 are contained in a common casing of a control board 18, the disposing intervals of them are densely reduced to shorten feeders 12, 13, 16. Accordingly, the total sum of the leakage currents from the feeders 4, 9, 12, 13, 16 is reduced. |
