PURPOSE:To carry out maintenance service at the optimum time by displaying the cleaning or changing time of an optical part of a laser beam oscillator on a CRT based on the oscillation time and a power decreasing rate value. CONSTITUTION:A CPU1 measures and integrates the time when a laser beam is oscillated at the time of operation every time. When the title NC laser beam machine is started, the CPU1 first commands a prescribed output value to an output control circuit 2 of the laser beam oscillator. The laser beam output actually outputted is then monitored by a power sensor 19 and the CPU1 reads its actual output value. The CPU1 compares the actual output value with a power command value and calculates its decreasing rate. When the oscillation time is within the prescribed time and the output power decreasing rate is under a specified value, the display to instruct cleaning of the optical part is carried out on the CRT18. In addition, when the output power decreasing rate is under the specified value when the oscillation time of the laser beam exceeds the prescribed time, the display to instruct changing of the optical part is carried out on the CRT18. Accordingly, the maintenance service can be carried out at the optimum time. |
