PURPOSE:To effectively prevent the sticking of paint to the recessed guide surface in the vicinity of a jet orifice by arranging the jet orifice obliquely in such a state that the tangential direction of the recessed guide surface at the part of the jet orifice has a specific angle of inclination with respect to a horizontal direction. CONSTITUTION:A recessed guide surface 1B curved in the flow-down direction of a washing solution W is provided to a washing solution flow-down surface 1A so as to be connected to the downstream end thereof and a guide surface 1C discharging the solution W laterally is provided to the downstream end of said guide surface 1B. Further, an air stream altering surface 1D for deflecting the paint mist-containing air A from above toward the guide surface 1B is provided and the gap between the downstream end P of said surface 1D and the part Q nearest to the downstream end P of the guide surface 1B is set to a jet orifice 1E having a width (d) smaller than the average radius B of the guide surface 18 and the altering surface 1D is arranged so as to inject the air A in the almost tangential direction (l) of the guide surface 1B at the jet orifice 1E. The jet orifice 1E is arranged so that the tangential direction (l) of the guide surface 1B at the jet orifice part has an angle theta of inclination of 45-90 deg. with respect to a horizontal direction.
