<p>PURPOSE:To extend the life of a cable by providing a cable wheel displaceably in the direction along an ascent/descent path to a bogie supported by a driving rope operated synchronously with the ascent or descent of a cage so that only the tare weight of the cable wheel is applied to the cable. CONSTITUTION:A pulley 17 is pivotally fitted to a bogie 10, a driving rope 18 is wound on it. One end of the driving rope 18 is fixed to an ascent/descent path, the other end is connected to a cage, the bogie 10 is ascended or descended by the ascent or descent of the cage. A cable wheel 11 is made displaceable to the bogie 10 via a rail 10b and ascended or descended synchronously with the ascent or descent of the cage independently of the bogie 10. Tension is applied to a wound moving cable 14 by the tare weight of the cable wheel 11. The tension to the moving cable 14 is applied only by the tare weight of the cable wheel 11, no tare weight of the bogie 10 is applied, thus the life of the moving cable 14 is extended.</p> |
