摘要 PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of uneven electrostatic charging and to facilitate toner removal by shifting the charge on a photosensitive layer surface by exposure and extinguishing electrostatic power. CONSTITUTION:The charge given to the photosensitive surface at dark area on a transcription feeding belt 9 passes through the photosensitive layer 9a which has become conductive by the exposure and shifts to a conductive layer 9b. The surface of the photosensitive layer 9a is electrostatically charged by an electrostatically charging means 10, recording paper is adsorbed by static electricity allowing the paper to contact with an image carrier, a toner image is transcribed on the recording paper, and the transcribed recording paper is fed to a fixing part through an exposure means 11 by the transcription feeding belt 9. Therefore, the transcription feeding belt 9 is exposed by the exposure means 11 at the exposing part, and since the charge on the photosensitive layer 9a surface moves away, the electrostatic power acts to the photosensitive body surface is extinguished. Thus, as the charge on the photosensitive body surface is extinguished by the exposure, the title feeder re-electrostatically charges the surface which has no charge at all, and uneven electrostatic charging when re- electrostatically charged is eliminated, and the toner attached on the belt surface is easily removed.
