PURPOSE:To improve the quality in soldering by dividing the upper side space of an inert liquid by a rise plate, measuring by a sensor the level of the saturated vapor phase of the respectively formed space and optimizing the heating conditions based on this result. CONSTITUTION:Plural rise plates 41-44 are arranged in the upper side space of a stored inactive liquid 37 at the bottom part of a vapor tank 31 and the space is divided into a primary side and secondary side. The primary and secondary sensors 48, 49 detecting the level of a saturated vapor phase are provided in the respective space. The primary heater 38a is controlled at comparatively low temp. and the secondary heater 38b at high temp. based on the measuring result of these sensors 48, 49. The temp. of a work can be raised calmly up to the reflow temp. vicinity prior to executing soldering, so the unfavorable phenomenon of wicking, etc., can be prevented and the quality can be improved. |
