PURPOSE: To execute the protection and thermal conditioning of an apparatus by including a box-shaped closed structure regulated with a predetermined ambient 11 so as to include electronic apparatus and disposing the respective first length components of spiral type conduits on the outside of the ambient and the second lengths on the inner side of the ambient. CONSTITUTION: The device for the protection and thermal conditioning of the apparatus and more particularly the apparatus in the heat formed in the electronic apparatus is formed of a type to include the box type structure 3 by which the ambient 4 predetemined to include the electronic apparatus 2 is regulated. The plurality of conduits 7 are spirally arranged and a heat medium fluid is made to travel therein. The respective first length components 7a of the conduits 7 are spread to the outside of the ambient 4 and the second lengths 7b are spread to the inner side of the ambient 4. In such a case, the first length components 7a of the conduits 7 are immersed into a heat storage device 11 of a substantially constant temp. Consequently, the protection and thermal conditioning of the apparatus are attained.
