PURPOSE:To improve the sticking property against a green sheet, the developing property and the difinition of the title composition by composing the composition of a specified resin soluble to an alkaline aqueous solution, an addition polymerizing substance and a photopolymerization initiator, etc. CONSTITUTION:The composition is composed of 100pts.wt. of the resin which is a copolymer of 60-90wt.% of an alpha,beta-unsatd. ethylene type monomer and 40-10wt.% of a monomer contg. carboxylic acid, and is soluble to the alkaline aqueous solution, 5-150pts.wt. of the addition polymerizing substance shown by formula I, 5-150pts.wt. of a satd. hydrocarbon oil which is a liquid state at a room temp., and has a b.p. of >=100 deg.C and 0.1-10pts.wt. of the photopolymerization initiator which is sensitized by active rays. In formula I, R<1>-R<4> are each hydrogen atom or methyl group, (m) and (n) are each a positive integer, and (m+n) is 2-4. Thus, the sticking property of the composition against the green sheet is suitable, and the developing property and the difinition of the composition are improved. |
