PURPOSE:To introduce material into a fractionating tower with a given liquefying ratio and keep the inside of the fractionating tower at the predetermined value of a reflux ratio at all times, by a method wherein a pressure difference regulating valve is provided in a bypass line while the pressure difference regulating valve is controlled automatically by a signal from a pressure difference regulating meter provided in the fractionating tower. CONSTITUTION:A pressure difference regulating valve 14 is provided in a conduit 44 as a means for bypassing and introducing one portion of liquefied fraction while the pressure difference regulating valve 14 is controlled automatically so that the internal pressure, of a CO fractionating tower 4 is kept in constant by a signal from a pressure difference regulating meter 15 provided in the CO fractionating tower 4 and the requefying rate of material introduced through the conduit 33 is regulated. According to this method, the reflux ratio in the CO fractionating tower 4 may be kept at a predetermined value and the high- purity product of CO gas may be supplied stably. |
