PURPOSE:To prevent a short-circuit, and to reduce steps generated by an internal electrode by press-bonding an electrode buried ceramic crude sheet onto other ceramic crude sheet or other electrode, and then peeling only a support. CONSTITUTION:A hot board 25 heated by a heater 24 is placed on the side of a base film 17 not formed with a buried electrode 20 and a ceramic crude sheet 19. On the other hand, a base film 18 and a ceramic crude laminate 23 secured onto a base 22 are placed on the side of the film 17 formed with the electrode 20 and the sheet 19. An electrode 21 is placed on the laminate 23. Then, the electrode 20 and the sheet 19 formed on the film 17 are thermally press-bonded to the laminate 23 by the board 26, only a support is peeled, and then transferred, thereby forming a ceramic crude sheet 26 and an electrode 27. Thus, it can prevent a short-circuit, and reduces steps generated by the electrodes. |
