<p>PURPOSE:To record a sound, etc., on an IC card by converting a sound signal to a compressed digital data by a sound synthesizing and analyzing circuit, storing in a semiconductor memory and reproducing. CONSTITUTION:An interface circuit 2 receives the sound signal from a telephone line and inputs to the sound analyzing and synthesizing circuit 6 through the control circuit 4 of the IC card 10. Then, when a sound signal from a microphone 5 is simultaneously inputted to the circuit 6, the sound signal in which both the signals are synthesized is converted into the digital signal by an A/D converter, further compressed and loaded on a semiconductor memory 7. In a reproduction, the digital data in the semiconductor memory 7 is returned to the digital data before it is compressed and further converted to the sound signal by a D/A converter. Thereby, the IC card 10 having a sound recording and reproducing function can be obtained.</p> |
