PURPOSE:To facilitate the drain of the dew condensation water by forming a drain passage on the suction port side of a lower case forming a car compartment unit body and tilting the upper edge of an evaporator, setting the lower edge in the drain passage, and by forming a water receiving part on a supporting base for the evaporator. CONSTITUTION:A cross flow fan 6 and an evaporator 1 are installed in a car compartment unit body formed by the upper and lower cases 15 and 9. In this case, a drain passage 12 is formed by a corer starting-up part 10 on a suction port side and a partitioning plate 11 on the upper surface of the lower case 9, and drain ports 13 and 14 are formed at the both edges. The lower edge of the evaporator 1 is set in the drain passage 12, and the upper edge is tilted. Further, each water receiving part extended outside from the both edges is formed at the upper edge part of the supporting base 17 of the evaporator 1. Therefore, the dew condensation water formed in the evaporator 1, evaporation pipe 2, etc., is led into the drain passage 12 by utilizing the tilt of the evaporator 1 and each water receiving part. |
