PURPOSE:To prevent the intrusion of ink into a head even when a hollow printing wire is used, and to manufacture the title head excellent in reliability and durability by sealing both ends or another end of the hollow printing wire. CONSTITUTION:A projecting section 2a is formed to a joining section with a printing wire 1 of an armature 2, and the printing wire 1 is abutted against the projecting section 2a of the armature, and fixed through brazing. Consequently, a solder material creeps between a fixing end with the armature 2 of the printing wire 1 and the projecting section 2a of the armature 2, and constitution in which the hollow section of the printing wire 1 is closed completely is shaped. As a result, intrusion into a head through the hollow section of the printing wire of ink during printing is prevented. Accordingly, the behavior of the armature is stabilized, and the corrosion of the sliding section of the armature, etc., due to the chemical action of ink and the damage of durability are obviated. Since the printing wire with the hollow section is used, the printing wire is lightened, and the speed of the head can be increased naturally. |
