The binding assembly according to the invention comprises a first binding (1) and a second binding (2) each provided with a plate (20, 120) retained by means of a fixed stop (16) and a movable stop (18). The movable stops (18, 118) slide in their sockets and are connected by a cable (40). The triggering of one of such plates (20) releases the movable stop (18) so that the cable (40) releases also the second movable stop (118) and the second plate (120).
