CONSTITUTION:The width of the magnetic belt 5 formed of a magnetic sheet rolled to the ribbon form, a N pole and a S pole is divided into several steps and set and the combination of the NS poles between a plurality of magnetic pole neutral axial line parts 6 formed at the intermediate part of the magnetic poles is defined to be a unit, a plurality of sets thereof are combined to have a code unit.
