PURPOSE:To decrease the number of stages over the entire part and to form intricate patterns on a masking film by placing the masking film, transparent base film, and frame body successively on a transparent base plate, packing a liquid resin into the spaces therebetween, placing a protective film and negative film thereon, and subjecting the films to photoirradiation, thereby forming the machine plate. CONSTITUTION:The patterns 31 which allow the passage of energy rays are formed on the negative film 3. The patterns 41 which are countered to the sizes larger than said patterns and allow the passage of the energy rays are formed on the masking film 4. The frame body 7 is sandwiched between these films 3 and 4 and the films are placed on the base plate 5 having the property to allow the passage of the energy rays. The liquid resin which is cured by energy ray irradiation is packed into the spaces formed of the films 3, 4 and the frame body 7. The film 4 is irradiated by the light rays of a 1st light source 51 and the thereby exposed from above and is then exposed by the light from the 2nd light source 52 from below the base plate 5 upon lapse of the prescribed time to cure the resin in the parts corresponding to the patterns 31, 41 of the respective films 3, 4. The uncured resin is recovered and the machine plate 1 is formed. |
