PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing step of a commutator by communicating the inside of every other slide pieces via inside communication material and communicating the outside of other every other slide pieces via outside communication material, thereby enabling continuous processing of press work. CONSTITUTION:Slide pieces a1, b1, a2, b2 are respectively axially divided, and arranged entirely to form a coaxial cylinder along the X-axial direction, Inside communication members CI, CI are extended from tapered suface t at the ends of slide pieces b1, b2, horizontally extended along the upper virtual circular-arc including the horizontal pawls h of the slide pieces a1, a2, and communicate with the slide pieces b1, b2. The outside communicating member CO communicate the slide pieces a1, a2 around the outside of the flange f at the rear ends of the slide pieces a1, a2. In this manner, the slide pieces a1, a2 and b1, b2 are divided into electrically different poles. |
