SLIDING MATERIAL FOR MOTOR WITH BRAKE

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve brake position retaining performance at the time of stopping by adding a specified wt.pt. zinc borate to resin composition where polytetrafluoroethylene and oxybenzoy polyester are mixed as a filler with phenol resin. CONSTITUTION:Phenol resin is used as basic resin; 2-25wt.pt. zinc borate having the average particle size of about 2-10mum and specific gravity of about 2.69 is added to 100wt.pt. resin composition where polytetrafluoroethylene and oxybenzoyl polyester are mixed as a filler with the above basic resin to obtained a sliding material 1. Brake position retaining performance at the time of stopping can be remarkably improved by using the above sliding material 1 while good sliding characteristic and wear-resistance are kept.
