发明名称 PRODUCTION OF OXIDE SUPERCONDUCTING MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the title material improved in superconducting characteristics by low temperature calcination, free from contamination with impurities, by hydrolysis of a mixed solution prepared by dissolving, dispersing or suspending respective organic compounds of Tl, Ca, Ba and Cu, removing the solvent followed by calcination. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, at least one kind of each compound selected from respective alkoxides, acetylacetonates (derivatives) and carboxylates of Tl, Ca, Ba and Cu is dissolved, dispersed or suspended in a solvent (e.g., methyl alcohol) so as to result in the composition formula Tl2Ca2Ba2Cu3Oy to prepare a mixed solution. Thence, water is added to this solution to carry out hydrolysis to produce respective (hydr)oxide particles from Tl, Ca, Ba and Cu from a sol via gel. The resultant (hydr)oxide particles is dried and formed, followed by calcination in an oxygen gas stream.
