摘要 PURPOSE:To stably obtain a laser beam high in quality and large in a sectional area and an output by a method wherein an unstable type resonator is composed of an outlet mirror coaxially provided with two or more partial reflection sections different from each other in reflectivity and a total reflection mirror to output a laser beam. CONSTITUTION:A solid-state element 1 is excited from its side face through a direct light from an excited optical source 10 and a reflected light from a reflective plate 12, on the other hand, laser beams 8a and 8b magnified and reflected by partial reflection films 7a and 7b of an outlet mirror inner face are amplified inside a laser medium to be a parallel laser beam 9a constricted in the middle through the total reflection mirror 2 penetrating through a non- reflective film 4 of an inner face of the outlet mirror 3a and the partial reflection films 7a and 7b, and taken outside of a solid-state laser device. Here, two or more partial reflection films 7a and 7b are made different from each other in reflectivity. And, when a laser device is deteriorated in a light converging property, a step, for instance, is provided to an outer face of the outlet mirror 3a, or a phase compensating mirror provided with a step is additionally provided to cancel a phase difference.
