PURPOSE:To obtain the title resin having high volume ratio of whisker and excellent dispersibility, by dispersing whiskers in a solution having dissolved a thermoplastic resin and dripping a non-solvent of the thermoplastic resin to the dispersion. CONSTITUTION:(A) A thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene is dissolved in (B) a solvent to dissolve the component A and (C) whiskers (e.g., silicon carbide) of a shape preferably having <=1mum diameter and <=3,000mum length are added and dispersed into the solution while stirring by a stirrer. The dispersion is dripped into (D) a solvent, a non-solvent of the component A, having high compatibility with the component B while stirring. |
