Transport and treatment box with rectangular outline and open-worked walls for industrial piece-goods for insertion into a centrifugal basket provided with an adapted receptacle, and for handling by means of a vertically and horizontally displaceable lifting and transport device, with a cover which closes the box and which has automatically closable notch levers for locking the cover in relation to the box, which can be engaged under the box by means of catches, the notch levers being pivotable or displaceable, loaded by weight force or spring force in particular, into a position engaging under the box. <IMAGE>
