PURPOSE:To prevent unnecessary writing to a recording medium by setting the recording sensitivity of a region exclusive of a data recording region among recordable parts lower than the recording sensitivity of the data recording region. CONSTITUTION:A base material film 5 consisting of a resin, the recording medium 6, and a protective film 7 are successively formed on a substrate 4. The recording medium 6 is set at the specified uniform thickness in the data recording region 2c of the recordable parts 2 and is formed to the thickness gradually increasing toward both ends of the optical memory card 1 in the gap parts 2a and 2b on both end sides of the region 2c. The recording sensitivity is thereby lowered increasingly from both ends of the region 2c toward the end part of the card 1 in the gap parts 2a, 2b. |
