PURPOSE:To perform speed control with high precision, by selecting one of the speed command values stored in advance according to the selection signal from outside. CONSTITUTION:Several speed command is stored in an E<2>PROM(electrically erasing programmable ROM) 24. When a selection signal of speed command is inputted from a sequencer 12 to an input interface 25, one of the speed commands from E<2>PROM 24 is selected as a speed command. A control circuit 19 controls a main circuit 18 in accordance with the deviation between the speed command and the speed detection signal. In this way, inexpensive and highly precise speed control can be performed. |
