NEW MATERIAL:A cell line, capable of producing a monoclonal antibody specifically binding immunoglobulin produced in a culture supernatant to trinitrobenzene (derivative) and obtained by fusing splenic cells of a mouse sensitized with an immunogen consisting of a bound substance of a trinitrobenzene (derivative) to chicken egg white albumin to a myeloma-derived cell line and cloning the resultant fused cells. USE:A reagent for immunoassay. PREPARATION:For example, a trinitrobenzene derivative expressed by the formula (X is SO3, COO, SH, NH2 or OH) is bound through a functional group thereof to chicken egg white albumin and then administered to immunize a Balb/c strain mouse. Splenic cells are then collected and fused to a myeloma- derived cell line, screened and cloned by a limiting dilution method to afford the aimed cell line capable of producing a monoclonal antibody specifically binding to the trinitrobenzene (derivative).
|
