The invention relates to a transporting and working device which comprises a frame and a loading surface or working tool arranged tiltably thereon and a lifting device for tilting which is attached at one end to the loading surface or to the working tool and at the other end to the frame. The invention is primarily characterised in that a lever construction (10) is provided rotatably on the frame (4) and has a power arm (11) and a load arm (12), in that the lifting device (9) is attached to the power arm (11), and in that the load arm (12) is designed to pivot upwards when the lifting device (9) is actuated and the lever construction (10) is pivoted against the loading surface (5) or the working tool. <IMAGE>
