CONSTITUTION:After picture element data Xij on the respective rows of a picture matrix X successively inputted according to respective plural (n) rows into the series in a plural number (m) and inputted, respective arithmetic means M1-M6 in plural numbers m.n provided according to the respective rows and respective series multiply the inputted picture element data Xij on the respective rows by an element Wij at the position of the corresponding matrix, the all data of a multiplication result are added, and the total sum according to the respective rows is operated. Next, after switching means SW in the plural number (n) alternatively switch and output the respective data of the different series out of the total sum operated according to the respective rows based on the inputted clock signal, an adder means ADD adds and outputs the data outputted from the respective switching means SW.
