In order to create an adaptor for busbars, in the case of which the phase conductors are protected by an additional fuse arranged in the adaptor and it is possible to remove the fuse easily, it is proposed that the conductor terminal (7) of the switching shaft (4) (which makes contact with the phase contact tongues) of the adaptor be connected to the switching shaft (4) via a fuse (8) which is arranged in the head part, which fuse is held in a push-in drawer (9) which can be pushed into a recess (10) in the side wall (11) of the adaptor head part (2) and has a switching cam (10) which can be inserted into a groove (12) in the part (3), which is like a tooth-segment and is held on the switching shaft (5) which makes contact with the neutral conductor contact tongue, the groove (12) having an end edge (13) which is open in the insertion direction of the switching cam (10), so that, when the part (3) is in the switched-on position (connected position), the drawer (9) is locked by the switching cam (10) which is trapped in the groove (12). <IMAGE>
