PURPOSE:To improve quality by adding thickness solution of a polymer substance to fine aggregates and coarse aggregates, stirring and water together with a quick-hardening agent on the way to feed them to a spray nozzle after adding cement powder to form into a state of crumbs. CONSTITUTION:Fine aggregates 1 and coarse aggregates 2 are put into a mixer 3 to stir and mix, and thickness solution 4 of a polymer substance is added to mix. After that, cement powder 7 is added, and crumbs 8 and 9 to which a solution coating layer 19 including cement and the cement powder 7 are adhered are formed on the surface of aggregates. Then, the crumbs 8 and 9 are carried to a spray machine 11 by means of a belt conveyer and so on, and a quick-hardening agent 12 is added. Water 18 is supplied on the say to flow the crumbs 8 and 9 into a nozzle 17 by compressed air from a compressor 13 coupled with the spray machine 11, the cement powder 7 forming a surface layer is formed into a pastelike condition 20, and is surely adhered to a wall surface 15. |
