Car radios integrated insert for storing and for receiving traffic announcements

The broadcast stations offer to the car driver the information service of the traffic radio which is transmitted at certain clock times. With its traffic-radio-capable receiving set, the car driver can only use this service of the broadcast stations at certain times. The insert according to the invention now provides the car driver with the possibility of calling up the traffic radio and a current traffic situation announcement at any time from his set and to change his route accordingly. For this purpose, the insert is equipped with two relays, a chip, a digital/analog converter and an electromagnetic resonance circuit which allow the traffic radio situation recorded in the chip to be called up at any time on his own car radio at the touch of a button.
