<p>PURPOSE: To provide a clinical bed of making possible to save a time and process of a nursing staff by composing of that the actionable center portion of a headboard is fixed on the end portion of a frame for horizontally moving by a swing action between the end of bed and the both sides of bed, when the actionable center portion exists at the end of bed, it plays as the headboard or a footboard, and it swings the both sides of the bed. CONSTITUTION: Sectional portion 25 of a nursing attachment is formed at the side of headboard 22 opposed to a bed frame 15, a computer 26 is fixed on a headboard 22. When nurse draws a handle 70 toward her, the actionable center portion of the headboard is swung from the head end of bed to one side of bed. Her badge and patient's band wound on patient's wrist are read by a bar-code reader of the nursing attachment and read information is inputted into the computer, at the same time, a clock time is automatically inputted. And then using the nursing attachment fixed on the headboard, patient's life symptom is measured and inputted into the computer in real time. When a medical visit for a patient is finished, a releasing handle 70 is operated and then the actionable center portion of the headboard is swung to a non-actionable position at the head portion of bed and those actionable device is veiled by the wall of bed room so as to do not access for some one else who is not given any nursing right.</p> |
